public final class Diagnostics extends Object

Collects a self-contained environment diagnostic for bug reports (TNS-525) — the data a maintainer needs to reproduce an issue: framework version, JDK, OS, and which LLM providers are configured (by env-var presence, never their values).

Scope. This covers the static environment, which is all a standalone invocation can see. Runtime-state fields from the original spec — reachable MCP servers, active checkpoint store, recent OTel traces, recent log lines — require a live Agent/daemon context and are deferred to a daemon-attached mode (tracked as a follow-up).

Output is an ordered Map so DiagnoseMain can render it as JSON or a paste-ready GitHub issue block.
