public record EventScope(String tenantId, String agentId, String capabilityInterface) extends Record
Per-attempt scope description fed to SLOScope.matches(EventScope). Mirrors the dimensions an SLO can be defined over (tenant, agent, capability) so the evaluator can ask "does this attempt count toward this SLO?" without each scope variant having to know the field shape of every other.

All fields nullable — an event from an untenanted dev call has tenantId=null, which never matches a SLOScope.ForTenant and only matches SLOScope.Global.
