public class LLMChainExhaustedException
extends com.tnsai.exceptions.LLMException

Thrown by an LLMFallbackChain when every eligible target has been tried and none succeeded (issue #89). Carries the full LLMChainExhaustedException.AttemptRecord list so operators see — in one structured exception — exactly which providers were attempted, in what order, and how each failed.

Extends LLMException so existing catch sites that already handle LLM failures pick this up uniformly. LLMException.getErrorType() returns SERVER_ERROR because, from the caller's perspective, the LLM layer as a whole is unavailable.
