public sealed interface CapabilityHookEvent extends HookEvent permits OnCapabilityDispatch
@Capability-dispatch hook events (issue #60). Fire when the framework dispatches a method that originated from a @Capability interface (rather than a concrete role method).
  • OnCapabilityDispatch — single event for now; the category is sealed so future capability-specific events (Pre/Post boundary, capability errors) extend the permits additively.

Distinct from ActionHookEvent because the dispatcher already knows the method came from a @Capability interface — that signal is lost at the ActionHookEvent boundary. Capability-level metrics ("how many times was Translator dispatched across all roles?") need this event.
