public class ToolConflictException
extends ToolException

Tool failed due to a conflict against current upstream state — typically HTTP 409, optimistic-concurrency version mismatch, stale-resource update, unique-constraint violation. Non-retryable as-is: the caller must re-fetch the current state and reconcile before another attempt.
