Message parameters container extending HashMap for cleaner API.

Usage:

 MessageParams params = new MessageParams();
 params.put("message", "Database connection pool nearing capacity");
 params.put("severity", "WARNING");

 // Use directly without toMap()
 protocolManager.executeAction(agentId, null, "action", params);
