Server session lifecycle hook events (issue #63). Fire at the outer boundary of a client interaction window — when a connection opens, closes, or sits idle. The natural intercept point for authentication, tenant resolution, rate-limit setup, idle-suspend policies, and final-flush audit logic.

Category lives in tnsai-core so the sealed HookEvent hierarchy remains complete in one module. The actual server-side firing (TnsServer's onOpen / onClose / idle timer) lands as wiring in a follow-up PR alongside the broader hook integration.
