public interface ConfigReset
Drops what a module derived from class configuration files when ClassConfig.useBaseDirectory(java.nio.file.Path) starts a new run.

A module registers its implementation under META-INF/services/com.tnsai.annotations.ConfigReset. Every provider the calling thread's context class loader sees runs after the new base directory is in place, so the next run reads the files again. A module that loader does not see is not reset, so a host calls ClassConfig.useBaseDirectory(java.nio.file.Path) from a thread whose context class loader sees the modules in use.
