Releases what this binding recorded, and only that. A role class no agent holds any more takes no section, so a later agent may give it a different one. Releasing twice does nothing, and neither does releasing after a ClassConfig.useBaseDirectory(java.nio.file.Path) call: the bindings of the new run are not this binding's.
