public class DefaultGroupDecisionFramework
extends Object
implements GroupDecisionFramework

Default implementation of GroupDecisionFramework.

Uses the existing voting infrastructure (ConsensusBuilder, MajorityVoting) for vote collection and tallying. Adds:

• Decision tracing via DecisionTraceStore
• Leader fallback when consensus is not reached
• Belief synchronization by broadcasting results to members
