Multi-agent coordination patterns and shared problem-solving infrastructure.

This package provides coordination primitives including ScatterGather for parallel task distribution and MultiRoundContractNet for task delegation via bidding. Shared working memory is SharedBlackboard. RAG corpora use Knowledge, not a coordination type of the same name.
