assign

Assigns an agent to a dimension with an optional lead.

Parameters:

agentId - agent to assign

dimension - dimension name

leadId - lead agent ID (may be null)

unassign

public void unassign(String agentId,
 String dimension)

Removes an agent from a dimension.

Parameters:

agentId - agent to remove

dimension - dimension name

getDimensionMembers

public Set<String> getDimensionMembers(String dimension)

Returns all members of a dimension.

Parameters:

dimension - dimension name

Returns:

set of agent IDs

getAgentDimensions

public Set<String> getAgentDimensions(String agentId)

Returns all dimensions an agent belongs to.

Parameters:

agentId - agent ID

Returns:

set of dimension names

getDimensionLead

public String getDimensionLead(String dimension)

Returns the lead of a dimension.

Parameters:

dimension - dimension name

Returns:

lead agent ID, or null if none

getDimensions

public Set<String> getDimensions()

Returns all known dimensions.

Returns:

set of dimension names

removeAgent

Removes an agent from all dimensions.

Parameters:
